This is the closest airport with easy access to all recommended hotels. Whether you take Bart or a taxi, you'll be in downtown Oakland in 20 - 30 minutes.

Though this airport is further from our hotels, Bart makes the trip to downtown Oakland simple. Hop on the train and you'll be there in about an hour. Please keep in mind, however, that Bart is not a 24 hour system.

Shuttle from the Waterfront Hotel to the Ceremony

August 18, 2018 1:15 pm - 1:30 pm

The shuttle bus will leave the Waterfront for the Berkeley Botanical Gardens at 1:30 pm (making a quick stop at the other hotel). You will have the opportunity to take the shuttle bus from the gardens to the Starline Social Club for the reception. After the reception, please plan to use Uber/Lyft for the short trip back to the hotel.
