LET'S DO THIS

To be honest, this story starts with the love between Sarah and another Shea, Erin Shea. You see, Erin and Sarah were fast friends once Sarah moved to NYC. Neither one of them imagined that their tight-knit friendship could lead to this! In 2010, Erin celebrated her birthday at the classiest of dive bars and introduced Dan to Sarah. Sarah and Dan became pals shortly after meeting. They both enjoyed being a little ridiculous, watching anything with The Muppets, and debating which competitors were the strongest on MTV’s The Challenge. Throughout the years friends on both sides inquired about the possibility of the two being a match, but both insisted on it being nothing more than an amazing friendship. It took them over two years to realize that this was something more.

Immediately after landing in Mexico for a quick getaway, the two scouted out beach-side tacos and margaritas. Everything seemed normal until Sarah thought she felt a box in Dan’s pocket. As she began to ask questions, Sarah realized it was potentially a ring box! She decided to keep her mouth shut and luckily Dan didn’t notice that she had caught on. Soon after, they took a stroll on the beach that ended with Dan's proposal. They spent the rest of their vacation celebrating! We are so excited to celebrate with you! See you in Oakland!
