Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. This ensures everyone is settled and seated prior to the start. Once the procession begins, late guests will be asked to wait to enter until after the ceremony.

Answer

Dress code is Formal- this includes suits, floor length dresses, mid length dresses. We want everyone to look and feel their best. Please save your jeans and jorts for another day!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitations. If you received a plus one it will appear with your name when you RSVP. We're trying to make this an intimate celebration and thank you for your understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we ask that you keep them at home. This is an 18+ celebration. We encourage you to use this evening as a night without the kiddos!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is ample parking at the club, and cars can be left in the parking lot overnight. We encourage everyone to have a safe mode of transportation home- whether thats by carpooling, having a DD, or by ride share!

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We would love for all of our guests to be fully present during the ceremony, we ask that all phones are turned off/on silent and put away in your pockets/handbags. We will have a photo opportunity for everyone to take pictures of Shealyn and Thomas at the front of the altar when prompted by the officiant, we otherwise ask for all phones/tablets to be put away for an "unplugged ceremony". After the ceremony is complete we encourage you all to take as many photos as you like and take advantage of the beautiful landscape of the venue.

Question

Will the ceremony be outdoors?

Answer

Yes! Weather permitting we will have the ceremony outside on the Short Course. Those with mobility issues will be taken by golf cart to the ceremony space. Cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors.

Question

Is there an open bar?

Answer

YES! There is an open bar. One ounce drinks will be served, however shots will not be provided by the bartenders, in addition there will be wine during dinner service. The bar will temporarily close during dinner and reopened after dinner is completed. We ask that everyone enjoys responsibly but has a good time and safe way home!
