Located at the confluence of the Allegheny and Monongahela Rivers, this park was the location of one of the first French, and later British, forts in Western Pennsylvania. A popular spot in the summer, the park is also home to a museum detailing early Pittsburgh history. Point State Park can be accessed via a free T ride from the Heinz Field stop located just up the street from the hotel.
One of the iconic locations in Pittsburgh and located just across the Ohio River from the hotel, this funicular railcar was once a part of a large network of inclines and street cars. There are some shops located at the upper station and the views are some of the best in the city!
Probably the coolest museum in all of Pittsburgh! Housing the largest collection of Roberto Clemente memorabilia in the US, tours are given and tickets must be purchased in advance. 100% worth the price of admission, especially for sports fans!
