Cocktail attire Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors. Please keep an eye on the forecast and dress accordingly—we’ll have seating, but we recommend comfortable shoes for grass or uneven ground

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Ceremony starts at 5:00; please be there a little before to find your seat

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes, there will be a bus picking guests up at the hotel. The bus will arrive at 3:30 and will depart for the venue at 3:45. There will also be a bus to bring guests back to the hotel after the reception

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

If you are driving to the venue there will be parking on site at Harrington Farm

Will It be indoors or Outdoors?
Answer
Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors. Cocktail hour will take place indoors/outdoors. The reception will take place indoors

What will be served for dinner?
Answer
Dinner will be served as a buffet featuring a wide selection of dishes, including vegetarian options. Since there’s no formal meal selection during RSVP, you’ll be able to choose from everything the night of. We’ve planned the menu with variety in mind so all guests are well taken care of. Kids under the age of 10 will be served chicken fingers and fries

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception

To keep our celebration intimate, we’re only able to host children who are part of our wedding party, or those traveling in with family who we’ve spoken to directly. If this applies to you, we’ll be reaching out with the details! Otherwise, consider this your official night off — we can’t wait to celebrate with you at the bar and on the dance floor
