Back in 2017, Shea and Peter matched on Bumble and quickly realized they had something special. After a few weeks of chatting, they met in person for their first date on June 30th—and the rest is history. Two years later, they took the next big step and moved in together in Billerica, building a home filled with laughter, takeout nights, and lots of love. Just a couple of months after settling in, they welcomed the newest member of their little family: Lilly, their sweet, adventurous, silly and lazy pup. Over the past eight years, Shea and Peter have built a life full of adventure and joy. Whether they’re hiking new trails, traveling, playing games, binge-watching shows, or soaking up the sun at their favorite place—Plum Island—they love doing life side by side. Lilly, of course, is always along for the ride, especially for beach walks and trail adventures. So it was only fitting that on October 19, while walking their favorite trail at Plum Island, Peter got down on one knee and asked Shea to marry him. She said yes! Now they can’t wait to celebrate their next big adventure—with all of you.
