Matron of Honor
Shea and Vivian were paired randomly as roommates sophomore year at Millersville University. Shea found Vivian terrifyingly outgoing, but they quickly became friends, with Vivian being credited for getting Shea to join the radio station and come out of the dorm room. They've been in a love/hate relationship since 2009.
Best Man
Zach and Andrew met in elementary school when Zach and the fellow neighborhood kids reached out to "that weird kid who just plays with LEGO in the basement." Once accepted, they became best friends and have stayed that way ever since. He is affectionately known as Grampa; try not to be confused at the wedding!
Bridesmaid
Shea and Kait met on the bus in kindergarten, and their friendship blossomed during bus rides for the next 11 years. A lot of late night diner visits and visiting between their two different colleges have held this friendship together since age 6!
Groomsman
Keith and Andrew met through Millersville University's student-run radio station, WIXQ. They became fast friends sophomore year and continued on to a number of adventures: they managed the radio station their final years of college; moved in together when Andrew started graduate school; and Andrew was honored to be the best man at Keith's wedding. They've also shared a number of adventures of the imaginary kind through their joint love of Dungeons and Dragons.
Bridesman
Shea and Nate met in the 6th grade through a situation that could definitely not be called bullying. They experienced awkward phases together through middle & high school, and experienced college together at Millersville, even hosting a radio show together.
Groomsman
Ben and Andrew met in High School and became good friends their senior year. Always one to make things difficult, Ben attended Penn State and later moved to Pittsburgh, where he currently resides. Andrew and the rest of the crew have made it a point to visit consistently, where they explore Ben's new stomps, play board games, and discuss their mutual love of science fiction and fantasy books.
Bridesmaid
Shea and Erica met when Erica was the new kid who moved from New Jersey in middle school. Shea spent a lot of time envying the new girl's beautiful straight hair and avoided being friends with her for a while. Thankfully, that all changed and they managed to bond through a lot of late night diner visits during their high school years. Even though Erica moved out to Chicago a number of years ago, they maintain their friendship through visits and multi-hour phone conversations every few months.
Groomsman
Roger and Andrew met in college through the radio station, WIXQ. Roger expanded Andrew's roleplaying game world and became his One True Dungeonmaster, with many, many nights spent building unforgettable stories and a strong friendship. There are few friends as loyal as Roger, who will drop anything to come to the aid of a friend (as long as you're willing to give his car a jump every few weeks).
Bridesmaid
Shea met Katie, Andrew's sister, when Katie was still in high school. Although they are on rather opposite ends of the personality spectrum, they've managed to bond over things like their love of trashy reality television, coffee, and adult beverages. Shea's thankful to have gained a little sister!
Groomsman
Eric is Andrew's first official brother-in-law, having married Katie in 2016. Andrew lucked out in getting a new brother that not only was great for his sister, but turned out to be an awesome addition to the family and a good friend.
Bridesmaid
Shea met Stephanie, her sister-in-law, when her brother proudly brought her home for a family visit. Stephanie's love of reading, beer, and awesome food made them fast friends, and Shea hopes Stephanie's carefree spirit rubs off on her someday. Shea & Andrew both look forward to years spent experiencing Minnesota in the future!
Groomsman
Andrew not only lucked out in finding Shea, but also in that her family is amazing; Andrew and Zach hit it off right away, sharing a passion for gaming, heavy metal, beer, and late-night debates (often fueled by said beer). Andrew is truly excited to have Zach go from "soon-to-be-brother-in-law" to the real deal.
Bridesmaid
Shea was first introduced to Sarah via a speaker phone call at a party where it was announced that Sarah was engaged! Shea cried through Sarah's wedding despite barely knowing her at that point, but it must have been a sign of a future friendship. Their love of dogs, organizational tools, and deep conversation sparked their friendship over the years.
Groomsman
Devon and Andrew met in middle school, but truly became good friends towards the end of High School, and stayed close throughout college with lots of Sheetz and video game fueled visits. Now they're nearby to one another again, both living outside Philadelphia, where they routinely have ClassicDlehCoonsHangouts™.
Groomsman
Andrew and his cousin Robert have always been a bit of a duo. They share a lot of interests and spending a lot of time together as they grew up, whether it was days together during summer playing video games, or traveling with the family. Robert has recently graduated from Millersville, and Andrew is proud of the young man he's grown into, and excited to see where his life takes him.
