Welcome BBQ & Games

4:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Think Canada - sport your best 'Canadian Tuxedo', plaid, or anything Canadian!

4-6pm: Let the games begin! All guests will have the opportunity to compete in an array of different games, some include running and throwing if you are up for it and if the weather permits. Please make sure to wear appropriate clothing and footwear if you would like to participate. The games and the BBQ will take place outside on the grass field. If it is raining, the games will be moved indoors. 6-8pm: There will be a BBQ put on by the Hasenöhrl Hof (hosts of the Weber Grill Academy), with vegetarian and vegan options. Beer and wine will be available for purchase with cash.

The Big Day

2:30 pm

'Cocktail Attire' - dresses, shirt and trousers, kilts, suits, jumpsuits etc.

The ceremony will start at 3pm sharp, please arrive between 2:00 and 2:30 in order to take your seats, the doors to the ceremony will close at 2:45pm. Light snacks will be served after the ceremony, dinner will be served around 6.30pm. The Hasenöhrl Hof serves local Bavarian cuisine using organic and locally sourced ingredients. Thank you for already selecting your meal.

The Day After

1:00 pm

Think Oktoberfest - if you have a Dirndl or Lederhosen, wear them! Or wear whatever you will be comfortable drinking a few Steins in! If the weather is nice, bring your bathing suit as the beergarden is right on the beautiful Schliersee (Lake).

We will be treated to some live Bavarian music with the Aubachtal Sextett (Ali's Uncles have played in this band for longer then they would like to admit) from around 1 - 4pm. Feel free to come and leave whenever you like. There will be drinks and food available to purchase at the restaurant at any time.
