Cocktail Attire Since it will be warm, no tie or jacket needed for the men. Slacks and dress shirt only. And women, the ceremony will take place on the beach, so plan accordingly with your shoes!
We both love children - YOUR kids especially - however, while you are more than welcome to bring the family to Costa Rica, our wedding and reception will be adults only.
Highs average around 89 and lows around 73 degrees in the Guanacaste region in July. Although July falls during Costa Rica's wet season, Costa Rica typically experiences a short mid-year mini-dry season in July and the beginning of August. There may be brief showers in the afternoons, but here's to hoping July 30th is dry!
Travel documents: don't forget your passport...And make copies to bring with! For the outdoors: insect repellent & plenty of sunscreen (and maybe some Aloe Vera) Clothing: Costa Rica is casual. Country Entry Requirements- as of March 20, 2021 (this may change*) US nationals do not require a visa, only a valid passport. In the framework of the pandemic, the following requirements were also established: Complete the digital form called HEALTH PASS, which is available at: https://salud.go.cr The Health Pass can only be completed 48 hours before boarding. It must be accessed in updated browsers or Internet Explorer. The form must be completed by each person, including minors, without exception. Purchase health insurance: Tourists must purchase mandatory travel insurance that covers quarantine accommodation and medical expenses due to COVID-19 disease.
*As of 3-20-2021, subject to change This certificate must specify that the policy covers COVID-19 and must be uploaded to the HEALTH PASS in order to be reviewed and approved by the Costa Rican authorities. Insurance cards are not accepted, it must be a document. You can choose an international insurance company or Costa Rican.
