Please RSVP by February 15th, 2026. Even if you've mentioned your attendance in conversation, we kindly ask that you submit a formal RSVP to ensure your spot is reserved. Unfortunately, we may not be able to accommodate those who miss the deadline.
Unfortunately, if we do not receive an official RSVP by February 15th for either the Welcome Party or the Wedding Ceremony, we will assume you are unable to attend, and we will not have food prepared or a seat reserved for you at either event. We encourage you to RSVP as soon as you know you’ll be joining us. We truly hope to celebrate with you and look forward to hearing from you soon!
Our dress code is cocktail attire or semi-formal.
The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm EST. We ask that you arrive at 3:45pm in order to start timely.
Bella Cosa is a versatile wedding venue, offering both indoor and outdoor spaces. The wedding ceremony and reception are planned to take place outside, but we also have comfortable indoor areas where guests can relax or access restrooms as needed. In the event of bad weather, we have a contingency plan to move all festivities indoors.
Bella Cosa offers 11 guest rooms, which we plan to reserve for select family members and members of the wedding party on the night of the event. If you’ve been allocated one of these rooms, you will be notified by the bride and groom. For additional lodging options, please visit the "Travel" tab.
Your invitation will indicate if you can bring a plus one. If you are bringing one, please notify the bride and groom via your invitation or through this website by the deadline of February 15th, 2026, so that we can provide a proper headcount to our caterer. Guests requested past this date will unfortunately not be welcome.
For those with kids aged five and under, it’s up to the parents to decide if they want to bring their little ones along. Please note that even with kids in attendance, alcohol will be served, and some adult-oriented music will be played during the event. Parents who choose to bring their children will also be fully responsible for supervising them and keeping them calm during the ceremony and reception. If you are bringing your child(ren) along please indicate this in your RSVP.
Parking is available onsite. However, if you plan to drink heavily, we recommend carpooling or considering other transportation options.
We’ve chosen to have an unplugged ceremony and kindly ask that all phones and devices be put away during this special moment. We’ve hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture everything beautifully, and we can’t wait to share those memories with you afterward.
No, in lieu of a rehearsal dinner, we have decided to throw a Welcome Party due to the large number of out-of-town guests. Welcome Party details can be found under the "RSVP" tab and on your invitation.
Absolutely! We understand that our wedding falls on a weekday, which might present challenges for some guests. If you're unable to attend the wedding but would like to celebrate with us, you’re welcome to join us at the Welcome Party, and vice versa. Please let us know through your invitation or this website if you plan to attend one or both events.
