Is there a dress code?

We don't know what the weather will bring yet, and we don't have a specific dress code.

What time should I arrive at the reception?

Answer

The Grand Entrance is scheduled at 3:30. Please arrive by 3:15 if you'd like to be there for the entrance.

Is there parking?

Answer

Parking is in the park and right by the pavilion. It is $6 for the day parking pass when you enter. From the entrance, drive past the large main parking lot and follow signs for Shelter 2 - 7 and the Performance Pavilion. You'll go past a thick line of trees, and at the stop sign, turn right. Overflow parking is any other lot, but it is easiest to pick one of the lots towards the entrance rather than further down the trail.

Are kids welcome?

Kids are welcome! There is a playground very close to the pavilion if they need to let off some steam. There will not be anyone specifically tasked with managing the kids, so please prepare accordingly.

Is food provided?

Answer

Yes, we will be getting catering. It is buffet style, so you can pick and choose what to eat.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

All ingredients are separated in a buffet style, so there is no need for a request.

Why is only the reception listed in the schedule?

Answer

We decided to have a small ceremony to have a less stressful day. Everyone is invited to the reception to celebrate with us in a more relaxed environment. Thanks for understanding!
