Welcome Dinner at Ashford Castle 6:00pm-10:30pm. Raise a glass (or a pint) as we kick off the celebration. Join us for a traditional Irish-style welcome dinner. Prepare for an unforgettable culinary experience featuring various food stations curated by Executive Chef, Liam Finnegan. Liam and his staff will be showcasing both Irish flavors and international favorites paired with fine wines, champagne, craft cocktails and perfectly poured Guinness. This special evening is a chance for all our guests to meet, mingle, and celebrate the beginning of a joyous weekend. DINNER ATTIRE: Casual/Comfortable/Fashionable Dress comfortably for a festive Irish evening at Ashford Castle. LADIES- Wraps, Blazers, Tweed, Sweaters, dresses, Boots, Skirts, Jeans, or even a touch of plaid or Irish Green. GENTLEMEN- Trousers, Jeans, Jumpers/Sweaters (Jackets Optional). Dinner is indoors with cozy fireplaces throughout. BUT-Irish nights in June can still be cool-consider warm layers.
