Ceremony and rehearsal dinner for the wedding party and families coming into Petersburg on Thursday evening. This will be pretty informal with everyone getting situated in the house and getting some good rest. Please be ready to rehearse the ceremony on the grounds at 4pm with dinner to follow at Broadgauge (just down the street) at 6pm.

[Small Gathering Limited to Our Inner Circle] Friday Evening Ceremony + Cocktails

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.
We're having a small, intimate ceremony with just a few loved ones. Although we would have loved to extend an invitation to everyone, our Friday ceremony is limited to a small group of close family and friends. Not sure which days you RSVP'd for? Click the "Check RSVP" tab. The ceremony will be followed by cocktails, live music, and light bites. Guests are welcome to spend the evening after the ceremony socializing and relaxing in the house and around the grounds for as long as they would like. Feel free to join us for part or all of the day's events. We will continue to update this page as we confirm the activities. Hanging out on the grounds or finding a nice cozy spot in the house for a nap or a board game is also encouraged! Starting at 11am we will have games and activities available. Be sure to stop by the photo station and snap a polaroid or grab a board game to play from the games table. See the full list of scheduled events below. We can't wait to spend the day with you!
Watercolor Class with Joyce
1:30 pm - 3:00 pm
Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.
Join us in the barn for a fun and casual watercolor class with award winning watercolor artist Joyce (who also happens to be Gavin's grandma) as she shares the wonderful world of watercolor. No supplies or experience required.
Musical Jam Session
3:30 pm - 6:00 pm
This will be a super laid back jam session where we will just see where the music takes us! We would love for you to bring whatever musical instrument you fancy (finger cymbals, mouth harp, guitar, violin, etc) and join in on the fun. There will also be a piano available. No musical talent required. Location tbd.
Dinner Available
6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
If you're hungry visit the on-site Mexican food truck for a bite to eat from 6-9pm
Speeches
6:30 pm - 7:00 pm
Join us as friends and family take the mic. for speeches.
Barn Dance
7:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Join us in the barn for a traditional barn dance! We will have a caller on site giving instruction. No dance skills required.
Late Night Piano Bar & Sing Along with Richard
10:30 pm
The incredibly talented Richard Shaten will play a selection of requests at the piano for this not to be missed piano bar and sing along. No Taylor Swift requests will be accepted.
Bonfire & S'mores
11:00 pm
Swing by the fire pit for a late night treat.
