How do I RSVP?

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Guests should RSVP by August 30th. If an RSVP is not received by this date, we will assume you are unable to attend.

What is the address of the venue?

Answer

The venue is located at 76 Lake St, Laconia NH.

Will guest rooms be provided at the resort?

Answer

Guests can reserve a room at The Margate Resort in the wedding block. This can be done by calling the resort and telling them you are attending the Bucciero/Kelly wedding. This can also be done online. If done online, please make sure you add "Bucciero/Kelly Wedding" to the comment section so the resort knows to add your party to the room block! The room block is held for two nights. If you plan on staying longer than two nights, rooms will be based on general availability, so plan and call ahead! Please note: -You are able to stay for one night, but only at the building located across the street. Please see the map of the resort located on the Margates website. (https://www.themargate.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/map2022-web.pdf) Based on personal experience, this is only a short walk across the street. -The wedding ceremony starts at 3:30pm. Check in is not until 4pm. Therefore, if only staying one night (October 4th), please note that if you request early check in it is NOT guaranteed. You can opt in to pay a small fee in order to assure that you room will be ready in time for you to get ready and situated before the wedding! The fees are as follows: ~3:00pm $35 ~2:00pm $55 ~1:00pm $75

Are my children invited?

Answer

Due to minimal seating, and with exception to the wedding party, we have decided our wedding will be an adult only event. We encourage you to use this night as an "adults night out"!

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those listed on invitations. If a “plus one” has been given to you, it will be indicated on your invitation. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out!

Is parking available at the wedding venue?

Parking is available at the venue for wedding guests, free of charge!

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! We ask that you please dress for a semi-formal event.

Can I wear white, ivory, or cream colored attire?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from wearing white, ivory, or cream colored attire. This is reserved for the bride on her special day!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony! This means that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture our best moments, which we will absolutely share with you!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held lakefront under a heated event tent, rain or shine.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Because the ceremony begins promptly at 3:30pm, we recommend you aim to arrive at the venue by 3:00pm at the latest to ensure you are seated on time. Any guests arriving after the start of the ceremony will be asked to wait outside to not disturb the special moment!

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “not attending” so we can plan accordingly! Thank you!
