Please plan to arrive by 3:00 PM to allow enough time for parking & transportation to the ceremony site. PARKING IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THE HOUSE ITSELF Put the house address into your GPS (7406 Rogers Rd. Gates Mills, Ohio) and then follow signs to the designated parking area. Guests should park at the North Chagrin Reservation Horse Trailer Parking Lot. There will be a sign reading “Horse Trailer Parking Only,” however this area has been approved for wedding parking. A SHUTTLE DRIVER WILL BE TRANSPORTING GUESTS from the parking lot to the house throughout arrival time. If you prefer, you are also welcome to walk to the venue (0.5 miles away).

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Wine, bubbly & beer will be available upon arrival, so please feel free to grab a drink before taking your seat! LADIES our venue includes grassy areas for the ceremony and reception, so stilettos may sink or be tricky to walk in. We recommend opting for wedges, block heels, or stylish flats so you can stay comfortable all night long!!!
4:30 pm
Immediately following the ceremony, the full bar will open while we take photos. We kindly ask that you bring cash to tip our lovely bartenders.
6:00 pm
Dinner will be served buffet style following cocktail hour and photos. If there are serious dietary restrictions that we should know of please text the bride (269-204-8135) and let her know ahead of time.
