Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We'd love nothing more than to have everyone's favourite people there with them! That said, as we're on an island resort, our headcount is genuinely limited. If you'd like to bring a plus one and haven't already let us know, please reach out to us directly and we'll do our very best to accommodate. We truly appreciate your understanding.

Do I have to pay for my accommodation?

Answer

Nope! We've got you covered for the all-inclusive 3D2N stay! For any extensions before 9 Oct and beyond 11 Oct, please contact the resort directly with our discount code. =)

How are rooms allocated?

Answer

Rooms are prioritised for families and couples. For solo guests, we'll do our best to pair you with familiar faces. If you have a preference or a specific request, just let us know. We'll always try our best!

Can I extend my stay?

Answer

Absolutely! We have a discount code available for direct family and guests. You can find the code on the travel details page. Do contact the resort directly if you intend to do so and they can arrange for any ferry transfers as required.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please let us know when you RSVP or reach out to either of us directly. We'll flag it with the resort in advance so they can make sure you're well taken care of. The more notice, the better!

Will someone be there to meet me at the airport?

Answer

Yes, we will arrange for someone to receive all guests at the airport with a sign.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Answer

We have catered two airport transfers for arrivals before and after noon on 9 October. If you are unable to make either of the airport transfers, please reach out to either of us direct.

What if I miss both airport transfers on 9 Oct?

Answer

Don't worry, we'll have your flight details on file and will be checking guests off for each airport transfer so no one gets left behind. If anything changes, just let either of us know directly.

How long is the bus ride to the jetty?

Answer

Approximately 1 hour.

What if I get seasick?

Answer

If you're not sure whether you're prone to it, it's better to be safe. Pick up some seasick pills beforehand just in case.

How long is the ferry ride to the island?

Answer

Depending on weather, the ride can take up to 40mins.

Should I bring swimwear?

Answer

Yes! There are plenty of water activities to be done around the resort. Come prepared to get a tan!

Will there be lots of mosquitoes?

Answer

Mosquitoes tend to come out in the evenings, especially near the forested areas, so pack repellent and consider covering up after sundown.

Is there Wifi on the island?

Answer

Yes, wifi is available around the resort and in all rooms.

Do I need to bring cash?

Answer

All food and beverages on the island are free and included. In the event that there are charges, the resort accepts card payment and Malaysian Ringgit.

Is there a dress code for the event?

Answer

The theme is Classic Coastal. Since you'll be on a beach resort and may be walking across sand or hopping on and off boats, we'd suggest keeping comfort in mind when putting your outfit together.

Can I make a speech at the wedding?

Of course! For anyone who would like to share, we absolutely welcome speeches during the event.
