The largest collection of Italianate architecture in the United States, Over-the-Rhine is an historic district once home to the highest concentration of bars and music venues outside Paris. It has been making headlines over the last decade for its incredibly rapid and successful revitalization. Theaters, bars, and boutiques line Vine Street and Main Street, while Washington Park offers a perfect green space to gather and relax.
An Italianate home in the Camp Washington neighborhood that has transformed into an art installation by local artist Mark deJong. All floors and interior walls were removed and a giant swing was installed in the cavernous 2.5-story space. It is open to the public on select days each month and it is even available as an Airbnb rental!
