Cocktail Attire Requested Women: midi-length or longer dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or elegant separates. Men: suits, blazers, ties, dress pants, and dress shoes or sneakers. To maintain the formality of the event, please no jeans or khakis.
As much as we love your little ones, we request an adults only wedding, with the exception of the children in the wedding party and family.
Private shuttle services will be provided to and from the wedding venue. The pick up location and time are: Heiss Hotel at 3:15pm. Shuttles leave on time, so please plan accordingly.
We recommend that you plan to be in Medellin from Thursday December 17, 2026 - Monday December 21, 2026. As we would love for you to experience some of Medellin and will have some great trips planned! :) (see schedule for more details).
This can usually be done at the airport, the malls and the 2nd floor at the "Carulla” supermarket near the hotel.
Transportation to and from the airport can be reserved in advance through all of the hotels that are listed. If you are using airbnb or another place not listed, we encourage you to reach out to us and we can help book transportation through a private service. The cost will usually be between $30-40 USD, with travel time of 30-50 minutes.
Please remember that you will NOT be allowed entry into Colombia if you have an expired passport or if yours expires within 6 months of travel date.
