Shuttle

Transportation to and from the venue provided starting promptly at 3PM. All guests to use the Vail Transportation Center (Top Deck) pickup location. All guests must use the shuttle, for there is no parking permitted at Vail Golf Club. Shuttles will be readily available at the end of the night to take folks to go back to the village.
Flight
Eagle airport is the closet airport (30 minutes) to Vail, but much smaller then the Denver airport. You can easily get a taxi/uber from Eagle airport straight to Vail. Once you're in Vail, you do not need a car to get around! There are frequent free shuttles that take you anywhere you need to go within Vail. Transportation will be provided for the wedding day.
Flight
Denver airport is about 2 hours from Vail. Car rentals or shuttles are recommended. Shuttle companies include: Peak One, Epic Mountain Express Shuttles, or Summit Express Once you're in Vail, you do not need a car to get around! There are frequent free shuttles that take you anywhere you need to go within Vail. Transportation will be provided for the wedding day.

Vail has several hotel options to chose from with a range of price points! We have secured a group rate at the Residence Inn as an option for guests. Please note this is in West Vail, a bit farther from the festivities, but still accessible via free transportation line.
Hotel
We highly recommend staying in Vail Village or Lionshead during your time in Vail. There are several options for hotels and Air BnBs, at multiple price points as well. For even better pricing, you may stay outside of Vail in nearby towns such as West Vail, Edwards, Avon, Minturn, etc. Please keep in mind, transportation to/from our wedding will require you to meet at the Vail Transportation Center, in the Vail Village.
