Let's kick off the weekend! Attire: Cocktail Party or sun dresses, sandals, long or short sleeve button downs, linen suits (no jacket needed).
4:30 pm - 5:15 pm
There will be a shuttle service provided doing round trips from Vail Transportation Center to Vail Golf starting at 3PM. The ceremony island is a short walk down from the drop off spot. Attire: Formal Floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses; suit and tie are encouraged. We love bold colors, fun fabrics, and standout accessories—our only ask is to keep it festive and elevated. Ladies, as you select your party shoes please note the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place on grass. Vail weather can be unpredictable, so we would recommend bringing a wrap or light sweater to the festivities.
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Light bites, drinks, and games to follow the ceremony. Guest will walk or take provided transportation from the Ceremony Island to the outdoor patio of the Gore Range Room, approximately 2 minutes away.
6:45 pm - 11:00 pm
We'll head indoors to the Gore Range Room for dinner and dancing.

We’d love for you to stay the weekend with us! If you are planning to stay overnight Saturday, we will be partaking in a casual bar crawl around Vail Village, starting at the Red Lion on Bridge Street.
