Q&A’s

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please let us know if you can join us by April 1st, 2026. As we need to give final counts to our vendors, we will deeply miss you but will have to mark you as a "no" if we haven't heard from you by then!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 PM. To ensure you have plenty of time to park and find a seat, we recommend arriving 15–30 minutes early.

Question

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes! Parking is available directly outside the property gates. Should those spots fill up, overflow parking is just a short walk away. Don’t worry—our venue staff will be on hand to direct you exactly where to go.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family in semi-formal or garden party attire. Think cocktail dresses, floral prints, and suits. Since both the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place on the lawn, we recommend choosing footwear that is grass-friendly. Unsure what to wear? Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The entire celebration will take place outdoors to take advantage of the beautiful scenery. As it is springtime in the mountains, we’re hoping for a sunny day, but it can get quite chilly once the sun goes down. We recommend bringing a light jacket or shawl for the evening.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only celebration, with the exception of our immediate nieces and nephews who are a part of the ceremony. We hope you'll use this evening as a special night out to relax and enjoy yourselves.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to space limitations and our desire to keep our celebration intimate, we can only accommodate the guests specifically listed on your formal invitation. We appreciate your understanding!
