Travel Note

We recommend "watching" flights and rental cars on the Hopper app once desired travel dates are confirmed. If you are not extending your trip at all, your travel dates will be Arrival: 8/6/25 and Departure: 8/9/25. "Watching" your desired flights and rentals will enable the app to notify you of the best time to book based on current and predicted prices. The destination airport is Kalispell (FCA).

Flight

From Albany International Airport (ALB)

* Some flights from Albany are expected to drop below $600pp. round trip by early April and rise again from there. * There are no direct flights from either Albany International Airport (ALB) or NYC to Kalispell (FCA); the shortest routes include 1 layover in either Chicago O'Hare or Dallas Fort Worth International Airports. * Flying from Albany is likely cheaper and the same duration as flying from any NYC airport. Flight options will be posted here once booking is recommended.

Flight

From Portland, ME or Boston, MA

* Some flights from Boston are expected to drop under $600pp. by late December and may rise back up from there * There are no direct flights from Portland (PWM) or Boston (BOS) to Kalispell (FCA); the shortest routes include 1 layover at either Chicago O'Hare or Denver International Airports. * Flying from Boston Logan Airport (BOS) may be cheaper than flying from Portland, with the same approximate flight time and layover(s). Flight options will be posted here once booking is recommended.

Rental Car

Glacier Park International Airport

Rental cars are available for pickup at Glacier Park International Airport in Kalispell from several companies, including Hertz, Avis and Budget, but need to be booked in advance. We expect enough people to have rental cars due to extending their trips that additional cars should not be necessary for those who are not extending their trip. A few people will be arriving early and able to arrange airport pickup/dropoff and carpool to/from the ceremony. While we expect there to be more than 4 rental cars among the group, only 4 vehicles are permitted under our Glacier wedding permit, so vehicles will need to seat 4-5 people each for traveling to/from the ceremony.
