FAQs

Question

Are children allowed?

Answer

You have the option to bring children. However, we do recommend you try to book a babysitter.

Question

Are blocks of rooms at Billings hotels available?

Answer

Yes. Out of town guests can purchase room reservations at the DoubleTree by Hilton, and the Best Western Plus Inn Clocktower - both in downtown Billings. These were chosen due to their close proximity to the bus pickup location. Please ask for the Shaun and Kerry room block. DoubleTree by Hilton: 27 N 27th St Billings, MT 59101 (406) 252-7400 Best Western Plus Inn Clocktower: 2511 1st Ave N Billings, MT 59101 (406) 259-5511

Question

I want to Camp at the event. Can I bring a camper or tent?

Answer

You can bring both! Guest can arrive at the venue beginning at 4pm, at which time you can either drop off your camper, or claim a tent spot. We suggest setting up camp after the ceremony, as not to delay the start of the ceremony. There is also the option to drop off campers, RVs, or set up camp sites a few days before the wedding. If you'd like to take advantage of this option please reach out to Molly, Kliff, Shelly, Kerry, or Shaun.

Question

We are camping, what time do we have to leave by in the morning?

Answer

Whenever you please! There will be breakfast served the next morning for campers under the tents, so wake up slow and enjoy the morning after with us!

Question

I want to take the provided transportation! Where and when are the pick ups?

Answer

Thank you for taking advantage of this! There will be complimentary buses picking up guests at the Park 2 Parking garage in downtown Billings located at 2651 1st Ave N. The pickup will be right across from Stella's on N 26th St - in between 1st Ave N and 2nd Ave N. You can safely store your vehicle in the Park 2 Parking garage for a maximum of $8. Parking is free on Sundays if you'd like to leave it overnight. The busses will start loading at 2:45PM and will depart by 3:15PM at the latest. Travel time to the venue is about 45-60 minutes depending on traffic. Busses will take guests back to Downtown Billings - one around 9PM and one closer to 11PM.

Question

I don't want to camp, and I don't want to take advantage of the amazing transportation opportunity. Can guest drive themselves to the venue?

Answer

We can't stress this enough - drinking and driving is not smart, nor tolerated. We want all guests to have the most fun, and be safe at the same time. If you have children or special accommodations that require you to drive, or feel that strongly about driving to the venue, we ask that you let us know in advance! We want to ensure there will be enough parking spots reserved.
