Welcome Party Cocktail Hour
5:00 pm - 6:30 pm
We are having a cocktail hour Welcome Party to welcome everyone to the resort and Jamaica. Since the bar is not reserved, it will be a casual event. We plan to have dinner at one of the resort restaurants after the Welcome Party.

Ceremony
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Trelawny, Trelawny Parish, Jamaica
Our ceremony will be held on the beach; please make your way to the beach by 3:45. The beach will likely be warm and sunny, with minimal shade, so please plan accordingly. If it is raining, the ceremony will be held inside.
Cocktail Hour
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Immediately after the ceremony, we will have a cocktail hour prior to the reception at the Plaza bar.
Reception
5:30 pm - 11:00 pm
We will start the reception with a few dances and then have a buffet dinner. There will be a few toasts near the end of dinner before we get the dance floor going for the rest of the night.
Late Night Food
11:00 pm
This restaurant offers extended hours and will be open after the reception in case anyone would like a late-night snack.

Minnesota Reception

We would love to have you join us for the Minnesota reception. The grand entrance will be at 5:30 pm, please plan to arrive by 5 pm. We will then have a couple of formal dances and toasts, followed by dinner, drinks, and dancing. For those who are driving, there is a large parking lot behind the VFW; please plan to park in the back parking lot. If you don't plan on driving, there are plenty of Ubers and Lyfts available.
