Question

How do I book my stay at Moon Palace Jamaica?

Answer

Through our wedding booking link- https://globalsalesweddings.palaceresorts.com/link/guest?key=eyJpZCI6ImYwZDc2MmJkLThhZGEtNGMzMy1hYjVlLTZiZTcwOTA3NDczMiIsInRhZyI6IkxJTktJRCJ9

Question

What if I didn’t book through the wedding link?

Answer

If you booked through our official wedding link: There’s no additional fee to attend the events. If you’re staying at the resort but did not book through the wedding link: There is a $75 USD per person, per event fee charged by the resort. This is required to attend any wedding-related activities. If you’re not staying at Moon Palace: You’ll need to purchase a Day Pass, which costs around $200 USD per person, per day, plus the $75 USD per person, per event fee. Availability for Day Passes is limited and controlled by the resort. Why does this matter? Moon Palace requires a guest list for all wedding events, and they charge fees for anyone not booked through the official wedding block. We also need to coordinate access with the resort in advance. What should I do if this applies to me? Please let us know as soon as possible if you’ve booked separately or plan to stay elsewhere.
