Where do we park for the wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

Chapel Creek offers ample parking on Kennedy Drive. Vehicles are required to park in these areas only. No cars are to be parked in the driveway or on the street. This is a county ordinance. Vehicles left on the premises overnight are required to be removed by 10 a.m. the following morning.

What time do we arrive for the ceremony?

The officiant will ask guests to take their seat at 3:45. The ceremony will begin at four.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Chapel Creek is an outdoor wedding venue. The reception will also take place outside under a big tent.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail to dressy casual attire. Find a balance of class and comfort that best suits you and your style. It is an outside venue, so dress accordingly.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout the cocktail hour and the reception, however, we do recommend bringing cash for tipping the bartender.

Answer

Typically, during this time of the year, the high is around 75 F with a low of 55F. Please remember it is an outdoor venue and reception. Dress accordingly.
