Shauna-Kaye and Alayna met at the start of their second year of law school, but it wasn’t until February 2018 that their friendship truly took off. From that point on, they were inseparable in Pittsburgh—constantly chatting, sharing meals, and supporting each other through the highs and lows of law school life. Alayna is the kind of friend everyone hopes for: loyal, thoughtful, and endlessly genuine. Shauna-Kaye often says she’s the most genuine person she’s ever met.

Shauna-Kaye and Jessica first crossed paths years ago in middle and high school—because in their hometown, that’s just how it goes. But it wasn’t until years later, when Jessica happened to be serving at the bar where Shauna-Kaye and Justin reconnected, that their own friendship truly began. From spontaneous beach days to endless laughter, their bond grew quickly and deeply. Jessica is full of fire, joy, and heart—an amazing friend and truly one of the most beautiful people Shauna-Kaye knows.

Shauna-Kaye met Catelynn through Justin—originally one of his close friends, but it didn’t take long before Shauna-Kaye claimed her as her own. Their connection was instant and effortless: Catelynn just gets her. She’s refreshingly honest, fiercely independent, and unapologetically herself. Catelynn is the kind of friend who may not be overly sentimental, but she’s solid to the core—the one you can always count on, no matter what. Smart, sharp, and self-made, Catelynn brings strength and realness to every room she walks into.
Best Woman
Gio and Justin met at just 8 years old when he moved into her neighborhood, and they quickly became good friends. Even after Justin moved away, they always stayed in touch—sharing laughs, life milestones, and plenty of unforgettable nights out. Gio’s family has always felt like an extension of Justin’s, and her steady support over the years has meant everything to him. She’s the one who checks in, offers real encouragement, and pushes him to be his best. They often joke that if Justin were a woman, he’d be Gio—and if Gio were a man, she’d be Justin.

Justin and Julian first met in high school and would occasionally cross paths playing basketball at local parks. Years later, Justin reconnected with Julian through his sports podcast—cheering him on from the sidelines until Julian invited him to be a guest. One episode turned into a regular role, and from there, a real brotherhood was born. During the height of COVID, they spent countless days together, building a friendship grounded in honesty, laughter, and mutual support. They’ve shared life’s highs and lows, and their bond is a true example of a healthy, uplifting male friendship—full of encouragement, respect, and love.

Justin and Xavier's friendship began in a tattoo chair—what started as a client appointment quickly turned into a lifelong bond. After hours of ink and conversation (literally from 8 PM to 4 AM one night), they realized they had so much more in common than just good taste in tattoos. They opened up about life, dreams, and everything in between, and something clicked. From that night on, Xavier became more than just Justin’s tattoo artist—he became one of his closest friends. Life gets busy, and sometimes they go weeks or months without seeing each other, but when they reconnect, it’s all hugs, laughs, and deep conversation like no time has passed. When they hang out, it’s never brief—because their bond is the kind you don’t rush. Justin couldn't imagine this day without Xavier standing by his side.

Justin first met Bryan at the gym where he worked, and Bryan quickly became one of his favorite regulars. They’d chat during workouts and built an easy friendship. Years later, during a hangout in the middle of COVID, a friend said he was bringing his cousin—and when Justin opened the door, there was Bryan. Total full-circle moment. From that day on, they picked up right where they left off, and their friendship only grew stronger. Through life changes and challenges, Bryan has always been in Justin’s corner—especially when Justin went back to school. Loyal, genuine, and always showing up, Bryan is the kind of friend everyone hopes to have.
