Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We ask that all guests wear a blue color scheme, this includes black and grey. Beach attire is perfect!

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The weather on Grand Bahama Island can be unpredictable! We plan for the event to be outdoors and in the sand (so keep this in mind with shoe choices). If the weather does not work with us the way we hope, the event may be moved to an indoor area.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We ask that this remain an adult only event, please reach out to the bride or groom if you have more questions/concerns about this. Please see your personal RSVP for further information.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to the small wedding venue and limited guests allowed, only those with a direct invitation can attend the ceremony. However, family/friends of the invitees may still be part of the week and stay at the resort using the discounted rate!

Is there transportation to and from the hotel? Is everything in the same location?

Answer

Yes (If you are staying at Viva where the wedding ceremony will be)! Once booked with Viva- tell the hotel that you are apart of Ryan LaCombe and Sharrie Heinert's Wedding Party and that you would like to book a shuttle. The options for this are Collective transfer that is $16/person one way or a Private transfer that is $25/person one way. You will provide the hotel with how many guests in your party/airline information so they will be at the airport to pick you up on time!

Do I have to stay at the resort if I live on the island?

Answer

No. You will be provided with a complementary day pass for the wedding events. Tell security you are there for our wedding!
