Father and Mother of the Bride
Sharon, there are no words to properly describe how happy we are and how blessed we feel to see this day come for you. As if it was yesterday, we can still remember hearing the doctor yelling, " congratulations, another GIRL!" Brining you home from the hospital to add to our already exploded four daughter family now five, was one of the happiest days of our lives' as a family. Knowing you have now found the love of your life have only blessed us further. Sharon we wish you and Theodore happiness especially during the challenging times, joy that will out weigh any pain and a bond NO ONE can break. As it is written, "Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh." Genesis 2:24. With Love, Always Mommy and Daddy <3
Mother of the Groom
I’m so glad God blessed me with you. He allowed me to raise you from a “man child” in the picture into the man you are. My prayers, hopes and dreams for you have been realized and you are experiencing life to its fullest. May all of the talks we have shared together help you with the new journey you are about enter. Remember Love is patience, love is kind, love is not afraid to admit when you are wrong and disagreements are just differences of opinion and it is not the end of everything. Always say please and thank you it goes a long way. Try to never go to bed with any unresolved disagreements. I will always be here to listen, laugh, cry and, share my wisdom as a woman, your mother and a wife. Love you always “Mother Earth” 2018

To know Sharon is to love her. Sharon is one of the kindest, loving, outspoken, and amazing person you can meet. If you truly know her you know she is beautiful inside and out. What she don't know is though I'm older, I look up to her!!! She travels and loves to do help people. I amire my sister, there is nothing I wouldn't do for her. When Sharon told me she met someone I knew I got ready because being tough when it comes down to my sister's! When she brought Theodore around and I got a chance to meet him ( although when I gave him a compliment he acted like he couldn't say thank you but wanted to be Hood with it) I knew he truly loved my sister ( So I let him live). I'm so proud of these two. I'm honored Sharon is my babysitter and Theodore my brother!!! I love you two so very much!

Maid of Honor
Sharon and I met my first year of college her second. We were both social work majors and had classes together. I felt she was good people soon after meeting her. One day I walked up to her and started sharing my whole life story. We gravitated to each other as we both have similar personalities laid back and a little nonchalant. We liked to hang out in the dorm and talk about outfits, hair, and our figures while procrastinating on our 20 page papers that we would end up pulling all nighters to complete. Every time we swore we would never wait to the last minute like that again. Over the years we grew super close becoming family. We each have rooms at each other's parent's house and understand each other for who we are. I'm beyond happy for my best friend and the love she has found!

Sharon and I met in 2003 while attending Oakwood College. I tease Sharon on how we first interacted, because it will forever be the funniest thing to me. We lived on the same dorm room floor and It was instant friendship, my trash talk and her silliness meshed so well together, our friendship continued to blossom. We unknowingly, decided the same year to join the Social Work Department to study Social Work and graduated in 2008. Sharon has truly been a sound of clear mind for me during college days and after. She honored me by standing in support of my union and I am truly excited and extremely happy and honored to do the same for her. I am estatic that July 2019, Sharon will walk down the aisle to her true Prince Charming that God has made and molded just for her. Love you girl!!

Sharon has been my Sis ever since I could remember. We meet through my Sister Essie and we've been Sisters ever since. Whenever I needed advice or someone to talk with she has always been there for me. Never judged me, but never hesitated to tell me when I was wrong. Nor has my business ever came back to me. She has definitely been more than a friend and someone I can always count on. I love her so much and couldn't be more blessed to have her in my life. I am so excited for her getting married. And I am completely honored to be apart of such an important day of her life. Congratulations again my love ❤️

My first memories of Jake are from Camp Cedar Knoll. He was the only person from where I lived so I stayed close to him. He got me into trouble plenty of times but we have been brothers since. Great guy that always has your back and I will always have his.

Though I don’t remember when Jake and I first me in school I do remember the 1st time really hanging out. It was one morning, and the high school had late arrival day and a couple of us walked to school from Al’s house. My first memory of Jake was “this guy is an absolute menace and boy I'm not chilling with him again. But soon after I ran into him again hanging out at Duce’s house. There I found out that this guy is hilarious and from then on Jake been my right-hand man

Little sister! This world would not allow such a beautiful, educated, sweet and loving woman to be alone. So with that said, I knew this day would come and I am so so happy for you and proud to call you my sister. May God bless your marriage to be all you dream and more. Love you Always, Shea

I met Sharon ‘Shay’ our freshman year at Oakwood. One of the things that connected me with Shay was her ability to speak exactly how she felt. Shay is not your average woman. She can be loud, yet reserved, confident & well put together. What I want people to know, is that Shay’s heart is so pure. You can only connect to her or feel inferior, because of how real she is. I’ve always kept my heart away from people, because I never felt the majority could handle me. Until I met Shay.. Shay is my go to example when I explain that men and women can be genuine friends. Sharon I respect the woman you were when I met, & I admire the woman that you’ve become. You will always be a beating piece of my heart, and I’m proud to stand by you and welcome a new brother of mine for this lifetime to come. <3U

What can I say about something so monumental and inspiring? Except that I love you and proof of this is me wearing a suit. Not just the pants, shirt, tie and jacket like I wear to church but my mom is making me wear what looks to be a 15 piece suit! This is serious right now! So there..... proof I love you. Congrats!

Sharon, there will be many who will quote the statistics for failed marriages. More than a few who will look to be against the hope for you a successful marriage. As sure as it is a yesterday, there will be at least one who will not only wish distress in your marriage but will even do the works of the Devil to try and ensure the demise of it. Knowing this, my prayer for you will be, "May God reveal and help you overcome those who come to disrupt your marriage. May He bless you and Theodore from the crowns of your heads to the souls of your feet!" May God cover the both of you with His love, glory and power. Most of all, may you and Theodore know and trust that God has every answer, solution and the power to keep together what He has put together that no man can tear asunder." XO <3 Meakey
