Answer

We are happy to announce that the food will be catered by Le Tigre and the beverages will be prepared by Xing Fu Tang! Le Tigre: One of Vancouver's most loved food trucks, Le Tigre’s menu features a vibrant lineup of dishes full of bright and bold flavours. Chef and Owner of Torafuku, Steve Kuan, has teamed up with former Torafuku Sous Chef Jace Yun. Expect to see nods to Kuan's Taiwanese heritage in the menu while Yun, who originates from South Korea, infuses a touch of Korean technique and tastes to the offerings. Each dish the duo serves up is a multisensory sequence of effects expressed with a unique combination of flavours and technique. Xing Fu Tang: Xing Fu Tang, starting its business by selling bubble milk tea with brown sugar, has opened hundreds of branches in the world, and is the world leader in setting the trend and launching products that become a talking point and cause a global sensation.
