Valentin Imperial is an all-inclusive, adults only resort. With over 8 restaurants, 9 bars, a sprawling private beach, and the largest pool in the Mayan Riviera, this is one of the best all-inclusive resorts in the area. While it is not required that you stay at this hotel, it is encouraged. We want to be able to spend as much time as possible with you! Cancun Airport Navigation 101

While on the plane to Cancun, you will receive an immigration/tourist form. Be sure to KEEP this paper with you until your flight home as this will be required when you exit the country. When you get off the plane you will go straight through to customs. After you are through customs and picked up your checked baggage, the first room you will enter is the "Timeshare Room". There are several friendly official-looking salespeople that will ask if you are looking for a taxi, offer you a margarita, and ask what hotel you are staying in, but they are just trying to get you to stop and chat with them to sell you a timeshare. Please IGNORE these people and keep walking to your pre-booked mode of transportation, whether that be a Taxi or Private Shuttle. As a reminder, Cancun Airport requires you to PRE-BOOK your taxis.
