Grand Pend Orielle Wedding Barn venue in Newport Wa. 1 hr outside of Spokane and close to Sandpoint, ID as well
As you can imagine, finances are tight here. I hope no one gets offended if you don't make the invite list, but we will be having to keep this short and low cost as possible while still getting special people there. If you don't make the list, it doesn't mean you're not special, it just means we ran out of space.

Space will be limited. Your invite will include your immediate family if you are a family, such as spouse, significant other and kids. If your invite says +1, it means just that. Bring a date , but not crazy phoebe from down the street. :-)
it's an outside wedding in mid Sept near the water in the woods. I say Sunday best, church picnic style. I don't recommend long dresses or high heels. Do bring a jacket as it may get chilly in evening.
Probably not. as we have to pay for any damages to venue and we'd also like to remember the day, I'm likely keeping all alcohol off the list. Also because of severe allergies as well as some guest that may not be able to be around it, this is not 4/20 friendly.
Yes and yes. Likely offering finger sandwiches and snacks. Will ask on official invite for allergy and other info. Since we already have some known but allergies, nuts are banned. I will have options for all as best as I can accommodate.
I have a hotel page here on site for suggestions, but there are tons of places in Sandpoint, ID, Newport, WA or Spokane, WA that will be perfect. Also the Spokane Airport in Airway Heights for travel by plane.
Sure! we're going cheap as possible so expect to be to work in something at reception at least. I want all guest getting pictures and we'll have them sent to us digitally later. I could always use help serving punch or guest book help or whatever. if you wanna help, let me know and I'll find you something to do. We will need help after reception to put tables and chairs back and garbage in cans. I will have a designated person giving out tasks. if you're willing to help, message us and let us know
No weapons allowed on site at all. Must be quiet and ending party by 10pm as per local law. smoking in designated areas only. No rice, confetti, plastic etc... bird seed is allowed . Do not go onto private residence areas marked off. Not allowed on dock, in ceremony area after ceremony, or in any other part of grounds beyond grand barn for reception unless part of bridal party for pictures.
