Check-in is on Saturday, January 13th and check-out is on Monday, January 15th (MLK Day). Please note that there is a two night minimum stay. Flight
Airports
There are three South Florida airports that you can fly into for our wedding: FLL, MIA, and PBI. Depending on where you're flying from/to and your preferred airline, you might find that a farther airport works better for you. Unfortunately, Florida is not known for its public transportation, so ride share apps such as Uber or Lyft will be your best option for getting to and from the airport. We do *not* suggest a rental car (see travel note below). Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) FLL is the closest of the three airports. It is a 15-20 minute Uber or Lyft ride to the Pelican Grand hotel from the airport. Miami International Airport (MIA) MIA is 40-60 minutes from the hotel, depending on traffic. The Tri-Rail train is a very affordable option (~$10 RT) for traveling from MIA to Fort Lauderdale. The closest Tri-Rail station to the hotel is Fort Lauderdale station (200 SW 21st Terrace, Fort Lauderdale, FL), about 15 minutes away. Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) PBI is 50-70 minutes from the hotel, depending on traffic.

Since all wedding events will take place at one location, we strongly encourage guests to utilize ride share apps such as Uber and Lyft during their stay, rather than renting a car. The Pelican Grand is a boutique hotel and does charge steep daily fees for parking, making ride share the more affordable option, even if you are flying into MIA or PBI. We encourage you to coordinate with friends or family members to split the cost of rides. Feel free to contact us if you need help coordinating rides with others!
