Question

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

Guests are encouraged to arrive between 3:00–3:45 PM to allow time for parking and seating before the ceremony begins at 4:00 PM.

Question

What if I’m running late to the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask all guests to arrive early and be seated before the ceremony begins. Once the ceremony starts, late entry may be delayed briefly to avoid interruptions during this special moment. If you arrive after the ceremony has started, our day-of coordinator or host will assist you to your seat at the next appropriate moment. Thank you for helping us keep the ceremony intimate and uninterrupted.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors by the lake, followed by an indoor reception. We recommend comfortable footwear and checking the weather in advance.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. We kindly ask guests to dress elegantly while remaining comfortable for an outdoor ceremony.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony and remain fully present with us. Our professional photographer will capture the moment.

Question

What happens if it rains?

Answer

In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors. We will ensure a beautiful and seamless experience for all guests.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

Children are welcome to attend; however, due to limited capacity, we kindly ask that all children be included in your RSVP ahead of time. Only children listed on the RSVP will be accommodated. Thank you for your understanding as we plan accordingly.

Question

Who should I contact with questions?

Answer

If you have any questions leading up to the wedding, please reach out to us directly. We’re happy to help!
