Are kids invited?

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! We can help you book a babysitter here in town if that helps make it a reality.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Think dress casual, like a really nice picnic. We want you to be comfortable because we'll be outside in the grass, but it is a wedding. No jeans please. At night it gets chilly so bring something warm.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We put some comments on the Travel page for this. Consider renting a house nearby, there are some nice ones on the water.

Should I be afraid of bears?

Answer

DON'T BE AFRAID. They can sense your fear. Just wave, let them know you are not playing with fire, fireworks, or anything else that has not been properly extinguished. They will probably let you off with a warning.

What's the parking situation?

Answer

It'll be limited so carpool if at all possible. When you arrive there will be someone directing parking so be patient. It's a small town with only one Uber driver so you'll have to test your luck booking him.
