There is plenty of parking at Harbor Hotel

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

15 minutes prior to the ceremony

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

The ceremony is at the hotel so no transportation is needed

When can I check into the hotel if we are staying overnight?

Answer

The ceremony is at 4pm and so if check in. When you make your reservation to stay, please tell them that you would like early check in. This way you can check in and get settled before the ceremony.

What if I have a food allergy?

Please contact Shannon at 585-698-7421 asap to ensure we have your food allergy and separate meal situated. We are having a buffet style dinner.

Can I bring a guest if I was not addressed one?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to the size of our families and our budgets, we cannot accommodate extra guests unless you specifically were addressed one on your invitation. We want to celebrate with everyone but have to stick to our budget.
