Our venue limits us to 50 guests maximum so we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
Please see the ‘Schedule’ page for specifics. The wedding is being held outside in a desert canyon at sunset, while the reception will be indoors.
We have opted to do a "cocktail style" reception, meaning there will not be a sit-down meal. We will be serving hors d'oeuvres (vegetarian options included) that are on the “heavier” side. We are also providing beer, wine, and basic liquors and mixers.
The high temperature is around 90 and the low around 70. Make sure to bring sunscreen. It is rare for Vegas to get precipitation, however, it can get chilly at night and in the air-conditioned casinos, so a light sweater is not a bad idea.
1. Comfortable shoes - Things in Vegas are much larger than they appear, which means you will be doing A LOT of walking. One of the best things about Vegas is the glitz, glamour, and style, so you ladies may be tempted to plan your outfits around high heels, but be warned, your feet will blister and get sore. Shantelle has found it best to wear a mid-height heel, like 2 inches, to be stylish but still comfortable. 2. Late night/club attire - Vegas is one of the few times in your life that you can wear a killer outfit without any judgment. For ladies, this means flashy cocktail dresses. For men, this means a button-up shirt, suit jacket, or sport coat. No jeans or sandals. 3. Light sweater/jacket - To layer in the event it gets cooler in the evenings. 4. (Ladies) Cross-body bag - Perfect for allowing your hands to be free and to easily protect your belongings among the crowds.
