Is this a destination wedding?

Answer

This is a fully inclusive destination weekend. With a 70-acre property and many activities available including trails, lounge furniture, wood-burning fire pits, lawn games, llama stable and more, you can treat this as a mini vacation with family and friends!

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN OUR WEEKEND RESERVATION?

Answer

Your wedding reservation includes your entire wedding weekend: You will be provided luxury accommodations for the weekend as well as all meals, beverages, and snacks during your stay. Beer and wine will be provided with dinners and events and liquor/ spirits will be served at our wedding reception and brunch.

WHERE WILL I STAY ON-SITE?

Answer

We’ve spent time thoughtfully arranging family and friend groups together. Rest assured you will know the people you’ve been assigned with. The Hawkesdene staff will give your room assignment upon arrival, or let us know if you're getting in after hours and we will provide it in advance.

WHAT WILL OUR MEALS INCLUDE?

🍴Hawkesdene has a full on-site staff, including a dedicated head chef and culinary team. Everything is made from scratch on-site. All meals on the estate throughout the weekend will be catered, with farm-to-fork, local, seasonal ingredients. Beer and wine will be provided with all events and liquor/ spirits will be served at our Wedding Reception and Brunch.

IF I'M ONLY STAYING FRIDAY-SUNDAY, DOES THE ACCOMODATION PRICE CHANGE?

Answer

No, unfortunately not. The estate is a flat rate and does not charge per group per the days they stay.

WHAT DO I WEAR?

Answer

Summer mountain weather is difficult to predict, but it will be warm! Please be prepared for possible showers and bring walking shoes. Weekend events will take place on gravel surfaces, grass lawns, and wooded areas. We recommend you wear shoes to accommodate.

Blanket or Beach Towel (for late-night lounging and lawn games) Board Games Books (there are nooks all over the property) Earplugs (just in case!)
