Arrive anytime after 4:00 p.m and check in at the Main House. You will receive your cottage/room assignments and estate map. Someone will be waiting for you just inside the main entrance. Take as much time as you need to get settled in, freshen up, and rest. You are free to independently explore the estate as you like, until the Welcome Reception at 6:00 PM. After arriving, if you have any questions or need further assistance, please return to the Main House where you checked in.

Wake up to fresh brewed, coffee, a selection of Rishi organic hot teas. You will be treated to a farm-to-table breakfast buffet in the main house dining room. Breakfast is served until 10:00 am.
Group Hike (Optional)

Tennis shoes and H20
Group hike up to the Hawkes Nest Pavilion for sweeping mountain views! Bring appropriate hiking clothing. Beverages at the top! An ATV will be available to transport non-hikers.

Enjoy a bountiful lunch buffet served in the main house dining room. House-made Bloody Mary & Mimosa Bar. Served until 2:00 PM.
