Our Expedition Fund!
I (Shannon) discovered Earthwatch in 2018 and fell in love with the idea of travelling to Italy, by myself, and partaking in an archaeological dig to uncover Etruscan artifacts beneath a Roman villa. In September 2019, though I was scared— I did it! It was by far the best experience of my life and I learned an exponential amount of things about myself in those 10 days. It is an experience I hope to share with Thomas in the coming years. I do not know what project we will choose to be a part of, but I have complete faith that through Earthwatch we will find something close to both of our hearts!
It is for this reason we have chosen to forgo a traditional registry. Please feel free to contribute in any way if you so choose— your presence on our special day will be gift enough!
