Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We are registered both at zola.com and at Crate&Barrel. Both registries can be accessed by clicking on the registry tab of this website

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to the size of the venue, if your invitation does not say "and guest" or "and family" you may not bring a guest. If that changes at any point, we will be sure to let you know immediately!

What should I wear?

Answer

Wear what you will feel most comfortable getting your picture taken in and dancing the night away in! If you know the bride, she is going to want EVERYONE on the dance floor at least once throughout the night!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Absolutely! We have a hotel block reserved at the Courtyard Marriott in Ronkonkoma (the link to reserve a room there at our discounted rate can be found under the Travel tab of this website) There is also a Homewood Suites directly across the parking lot from the Courtyard Marriott and a Hilton Garden Inn that is about 5 minutes away as well. Any hotel that is near MacArthur airport will be close to the venue!

If we want to utilize your hotel block, when do we need to book that?

Answer

If you want to get our discounted rate at the Courtyard Marriott, you MUST book no later than June 1, 2023. The earlier the better so we can make sure we can add rooms if we need to!

Will there be transportation provided for guests staying at the hotel?

Answer

Of course! We will have a trolley taking us to and from the venue at the Courtyard Marriott! An estimated schedule of when the trolley will be picking up and dropping off will be available as the date gets closer and will be provided to you in your hotel welcome bags!

Will there be an after party?

Answer

There will not be an after party but if you are staying over the night of the wedding, please feel free to join us for a brunch the next morning at the Courtyard Marriott from 9:30-11:30am! Come give us a hug before you head home! There is a sports bar called Smokey Bones across the parking lot from the hotel that is open until 2am. If you would like to keep the party going and head over there when we return from the venue, you absolutely may do so! The hotel lobby also sells wine and beer 24/7 if you want to bring anything back to your room.
