ESTA for entry to USA If you are not a US resident or in possession of a long-term visa, most likely you will need to submit an electronic system for travel authorization(ESTA) application. https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/ Please do this early, there may be delays in processing and you will be refused entry into the US without it.
Babies and kids are welcome at our wedding weekend! But you may want to consider child care arrangements for toddlers and tweens during the wedding. We realize this is a big trip for many of you with young ones, and want you to feel welcomed. During the wedding, we will have one small indoor space designated for our youngest guests + parents to use. However, please be aware that our venue is a very rustic setting of fields and barns that are not the most kid-friendly. For those parents that would like to cut loose for the wedding night, but bring the kiddos for the rest of the trip, we are happy to put you in touch with each other to coordinate group childcare with a local relative or babysitter. (Stacy Weeks707-357-4105, Mendosweetheart707@gmail.com, 20 years as professional nanny, recommended by the wedding venue) Please let us know if your newest family members will be joining us on your RSVP.
If your invitation had a +1, yes for the wedding. Otherwise, all are welcome at the Morning-after Brunch and the rest of wedding weekend.

It should be dry and temperate, but the north coast does what it wants. You should expect mildly cool to warmish temperate days (60-70F/ 16-21C) and chilly mornings and evenings (46-60F/ 8-16C). Bring the sunglasses, a light sweater, and a jacket. The last few years have seen occasional hot sunshine transition to cool coastal winds or dense marine fog. Fields will likely be very dry after a drought these last few years, with 15 hours of sunshine (6am-9pm), and a cold Pacific Ocean (55F/ 13C). Inland and further south you will find much warmer weather (except in San Francisco which is usually cooler and foggy).
We won't be requiring our guests to take tests in advance of attendance, but will be taking some precautions in our large, international gathering, and we ask for everyone to be responsible during this on-going pandemic. Most events will be held outside, or with the option to stay outside. However, wedding dinner and dancing will be inside large barns. Disposable masks and hand sanitizer will be widely available. We love you, but please do not come if you are feeling ill. Everyone is welcome to wear masks during any event (we will not be). If you have concerns about exposure, please do take an at-home antigen test before attending. We request everyone to please be conservative for the week in advance of the gathering to lower our likelihood of bringing the virus as an uninvited guest.
