WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE

Answer

Our wedding is semi-formal, cocktail attire with a beach theme. For male guests: collared shirts, sport coats, and dress pants encouraged, ties optional. For female guests: cocktail dresses encouraged, short dresses are perfectly acceptable.

What area should I stay in?

Answer

We recommend staying in North County San Diego including Encinitas, Carlsbad, or Oceanside. Ample Ubers are available in the area, but rental car may be preferred for guests who are looking to see much of the county.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

There will be an open bar with beer, wine, and Shannon & Paul's specialty cocktails available. Non-alcoholic beverages will also be available.

Question

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All events associated with the wedding, including the welcome party will be outdoors. San Diego rarely experiences rain or weather events in July, although guests may be more comfortable in a light jacket after sunset.
