We're getting married!

Despite social distancing restrictions, Neal made popping the question special and truly meaningful. Shannon and Neal were driving from NYC to RI, when Neal took the "wrong" exit for a surprise. That was Exit 1, to Watch Hill in Westerly, RI. The couple has cherished visiting this beach for years, and it was where they said their "goodbyes" when heading off to college each year.

Neal and Shannon were lucky enough to be placed in the same history class their Sophomore year of high school at LaSalle Academy, in Providence, RI. Ever luckier that the alphabetical desk rows allowed "G" and "R" to be placed diagonally across from each other. After a few months of "classwork", Neal asked Shannon to LaSalle's annual Winter Ball. And, we'd say the rest is history!
