Please arrive at the ceremony by 3:30pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm. Buses will be running from both hotels to help ensure guests will be there on time. Please check back closer to the wedding date for bus times.
Yes! The event is black tie / formal. For the gentlemen, please wear either tuxes or suits. For the ladies, please wear formal cocktail attire. We would appreciate it if everyone is dressed in either blacks or dark colors such as a dark purple, dark green, or dark blue. No whites, light colors, or reds please.
We have so many people we want to celebrate with at the wedding, so we are unable to provide plus ones. Every invitation is addressed specifically for the people coming. If there are any issues, please reach out to either Matthew or Shannon.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate everyone's wonderful children. The only children that will be at the wedding are those that are in the wedding party.
Yes! We will have room blocks at two different hotels. Please check our travel page for booking information. There are also numerous hotels and AirBnBs in the area as well.
Yes! We will have shuttles running from the hotels included in the hotel blocks. Shuttles will pick up at each hotel at 2:40pm for transportation to the venue. These shuttles will also be able to bring you back from after the wedding. There is parking at the venue if you prefer to drive. Due to the location of the venue, there aren't many Ubers and Lyfts, so we do not recommend relying on them for transportation.
