We love starting at Hotel Bethlehem, a historic landmark that’s hosted everyone from Winston Churchill to the Dalai Lama. From there, stroll toward the Moravian Church and turn onto Church Street, one of the few UNESCO World Heritage Sites in the U.S., lined with 1700s Moravian buildings. Stop at the Bethlehem Library for a scenic lookout, then circle back to Main Street. Visit the historic Sun Inn, where Washington, Franklin, and Adams once stayed, and grab a coffee at Bitty & Beau’s, one of our favorites for both the mission and the lattes. End at Moravian University, where Shannon’s dad went to college and she recently helped coach volleyball. It’s the perfect blend of history, charm, and family ties!

Bitty & Beau’s Coffee is a human rights movement disguised as a coffee shop, where people with intellectual & developmental disabilities are valued in the workplace. If you are staying at Hyatt Place or Hotel Bethlehem, this is the perfect spot to walk and get a coffee.

SteelStacks is a campus dedicated to arts, culture, family events, community celebrations, education and fun. Once the home plant of Bethlehem Steel, the second largest steel manufacturer in the nation, the site has been reborn through music and art, offering more than 1,000 concerts and eight different festivals annually.
On the weekends, good chance you'll catch some live music! They have awesome Bar Food, Draft List, and a great place to smoke a cigar. Hot Tip: outside is a cash bar but inside they take credit cards.
