Right across the street from our place - lots of food options and shops.

Ponce City Market

A lovely way to spend a morning - gotta check out the whale sharks exhibit!

Georgia Aquarium

I don't know if I would call this a trail. It's paved. An excellent way to spend a few hours - we are out on the beltline almost daily, either walking, running, or blading!

Atlanta BeltLine Eastside Trail

Atlanta's oldest bar! We love to grab a few bar stools and catch the game on tv.

Atkins Park Restaurant & Bar - Virginia Highland

This is where we got engaged!! Piedmont Park is beautiful, and there's usually some kind of festival or farmer's market on Saturdays.

Midtown Reflection - Piedmont Park

Shannon's first Atlanta apartment was in this neighborhood. Excellent Restaurants & bars, beautiful houses, and general good vibes. Right off of the Eastside Beltline Trail too! PURE Taqueria and Fritti are particular favorites.

Inman Park

Atlanta's first food hall - can't be beat. Superica is a personal favorite! Also steps from the Beltline Trail.

Krog Street Market

Our fave Yoga studio. Mostly Shannon - but Kaleb comes sometime too! Heck you may catch the bride in an early morning class on the day.

It has been said they have the best wings in Atlanta.

The Local

A fun area off the beaten path - we really love Banshee. Great Food by day. Great dancing by night.

East Atlanta Village

We used to walk to this restaurant whenever we have an excuse to celebrate - it's such a vibe. There's one in Decatur Square too! The tapas are incredible.

The Iberian Pig

Lots of cool spots, they often have festivals and such - cool to check out if you are staying close by.

Chai Pani

If you like a dive bar with live music and strong drinks, this is your spot.

Five Paces Inn

This is a slightly elevated version of 5 Paces that is across the street. A delightful late night spot with a loud DJ, where you might even get your drink in a real glass if you get there before 11pm.

Thirty

There's a few different Fetch Parks around the city, but this is essentially a dog park with a bar. You have to pay to get in IF you have a dog, but if you just like to pet dogs, you can just walk right in!
