What is the dress code?

Are personal devices (cameras) allowed during the ceremony?

Answer

Please keep your phones and cameras put away during the ceremony. We have a wonderful photographer to capture this special moment and we ask that you enjoy it along with us without devices.

Are kids joining the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Regrettably, we will not be able to accommodate children due to guest count restraints.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is ample parking. If you are staying within the Suncadia Resort, there is a shuttle that can drive you back to your accommodations. All wedding guests are welcome to leave your car at Swiftwater Cellars overnight, to be fetched in the morning, if another method of transport home that evening is chosen.

What is the weather expected to be like?

Answer

September is usually nice and relatively rain-free but we do recommend bringing a light coat with you in case the weather does get on the cooler side. While the ceremony is anticipated to be outdoor, if the weather turns we do have a back-up indoor option. The reception will be indoor.
