Things To Do

While it would be impossible to outline all that Chicago has to offer, below are some of our favorite recommendations for guests!

Wrigley Field

1060 West Addison Street, Chicago, IL 60613
, (773) 404-2827

Debatably Jordan's favorite place in the entire City! The Chicago Cubs will be playing their BIGGEST rival, the Saint Louis Cardinals, on Friday September 24- Sunday September 26. If you are interested in attending this game, we recommend buying tickets early by clicking the link below!

Chicago's First Lady Cruises

112 East Wacker Drive, Chicago, IL 60601
, (847) 358-1330

This is my favorite ways to see the city and appreciate Chicago's iconic architecture (I have no joke done this tour 4 times because I cannot get enough!), This 90-minute tour features both indoor and outdoor seating, and a full-service bar. Click the "view" button below to view the schedule and buy tickets!

Cindy's

12 South Michigan Avenue, Chicago, IL 60603
, (312) 792-3502

Cindy's is stylish and hip rooftop bar overlooking Millennium Park and Lake Michigan that is a 12 minute walk from the Blackstone Hotel. It is located within the Chicago Athletic Association.

The Art Institute of Chicago

111 South Michigan Avenue, Chicago, IL 60603
, (312) 443-3600

Just a 10 minute walk from the Blackstone is the renowned art museum holding 300,000 works from all over the world.

Do-Rite Donuts & Coffee

50 West Randolph Street, Chicago, IL 60601
, (312) 488-2483

Just a 22 minute walk from the Blackstone, Do-Rite Donuts is a delicious chef-owned stop for artisanal donuts in unusual flavors.

Divvy

Chicago, IL 60605

Divvy is Chicago's bike ride share app and a great way to explore Chicago's Lakeshore path. There are convenient locations to pick up and drop off bikes all over the city. We would highly recommend sticking to the Lakeshore path, rather than biking through the city streets!

Willis Tower Skydeck

233 S Wacker Dr, Chicago, IL 60606

The Sears Tower is the tallest building in Chicago, and also Jordan's place of work! The Skydeck offers views of the city from a glass balcony extending four feet outside the 103rd floor of the tower!

Navy Pier

600 East Grand Avenue, Chicago, IL 60611
, (312) 595-7437

Former Navy training center that is home to the 200 foot iconic Ferris Wheel, Crystal Gardens, and restaurants galore.

Millennium Park

201 East Randolph Street, Chicago, IL 60602

Millennium Park is a hot tourist spot. If you have seen pictures of your friends at the Bean, this is where they were!

Oak Street Beach

IL 60611

Take a trip to Oak Street Beach for gorgeous lake and city views!

Photography Point

Chicago, IL 60614

This is the site of our engagement shoot if you are looking for a picturesque spot to capture the skyline!

South Pond

Chicago, IL 60614

This is one of our favorite spots in the city, and is located just a short walk from our apartment. Lincoln Park offers a "nature escape" from the hustle and bustle with scenic board walks.
