When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP directly on our website by 07/14/25. Just click on the "RSVP" tab and fill out the form.

Where is the wedding taking place?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will both be held at the Schlitz Audubon Nature Center located at 1111 E. Brown Deer Rd., Bayside WI. For more details and directions, please visit our venue page.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to ensure you have time to get settled and enjoy the pre-ceremony atmosphere.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We've carefully crafted our guest list, so invitations are extended to those named on your invite. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out to us for clarification!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We love children, but our wedding will be an adult-only event. We hope this will allow everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

We kindly ask that all guests dress in formal wedding attire.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

We want everyone to enjoy the meal! If you have any dietary allergies, please let us know when you RSVP.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We ask that you leave the photography to our professional photographer during the ceremony. Feel free to snap as many pictures as you like during the reception!

Do you have a gift registry?
Answer
Your presence at our wedding is gift enough! However, if you'd like to give a gift, we've set up a honeymoon fund that is listed under the tab titled "Registry". Since we have been living together for quite some time, we would appreciate any gifts towards our dream getaway rather than any household items!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes! There is free parking at our venue, just make sure to mention to the Welcome Booth team member that you are here for Ethan and Shannon's wedding.
